Von CD booten

Moin moin,

vermisse wegen fehlendem Diskettenlaufwerk für bestimmte Aktionen meine Startdiskette.
Könnte man eigentlich nicht das gleiche mit einer CD machen ?
Reicht es, wenn ich dazu die Dateien der Diskette auf eine CD brenne ?

Wenn nicht, was muss man zusätzlich tun ?

Na brenn doch mal die Dateien der startdirskette auf ne CD und schau was passiert!? (Interessiert mich ja auch)

Um welche "Aktionen" geht es dir denn besonders?

Es gibt so eine Option bei Nero, die sich Floppyemulation nennt.

Oder man nimmt UltraIso, macht vorher ein Image von der Diskette (z.B. mit VirtualFloppyDrive) und erstellt sich eine bootbare CD mit der Option "Start-Datei laden...".

Damit kann man sich z.B. Floppy-Biosupdates auf CD ziehen, wenn das Update über Windows aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht will.
